**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accident Solicitor to join our team. As a key member of our accident team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury cases, including:

  • Managing a mix of pre-litigated and litigated files
  • Dealing with ASPIC, Court of Session, and Sheriff Court work
  • Taking statements and conducting liability investigations
  • Instructing medical experts and drafting summonses/writs
  • Consulting with Counsel and appearing in court/tribunal

**Key Responsibilities**

As an Accident Solicitor, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a caseload of personal injury cases from initial instruction to conclusion
  • Conducting liability investigations and gathering evidence
  • Preparing and presenting cases in court/tribunal
  • Working closely with Counsel and other stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least one year post-qualified experience in personal injury law
  • Strong knowledge of personal injury law and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
