Job Summary:

BCT Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Enterprise Project Management Leader to join our team. As the Head of ePMO, you will be responsible for overseeing the governance and execution of enterprise-wide projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy:
    • Define and drive the strategic direction of the ePMO, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a culture of excellence in project management.
    • Further educate and bring the rest of the business on board with your vision and strategy.
  • Governance:
    • Establish and maintain project management frameworks, methodologies, and governance structures to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
  • Resource Management:
    • Optimise the allocation of resources across projects, balancing workload and ensuring the right skills are applied where needed.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications with senior leadership, ensuring transparency and effective decision-making.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the project portfolio, ensuring proactive management of potential issues.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Lead the development and implementation of process improvements, leveraging industry best practices to enhance project delivery.
  • Mentorship & Development:
    • Build and mentor a high-performing team of project managers, fostering an environment of learning and professional growth.
  • Performance Metrics:
    • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and drive accountability across the organisation.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to make a real, tangible difference in an autonomous role. We're looking for someone who has experience in industries similar to Logistics, Construction, Manufacturing Engineering etc rather than Financial Services, Legal, etc.

This is a flexible hybrid role where you'll be home based travelling to sites as needed, mainly Manchester or Leeds.
