Electrical Test Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Test Engineer to join our team in Loughborough. As a key member of our lab team, you will be responsible for testing the safety of new electrical or electronic products, ensuring they meet various standards before they reach the market.

About the Role

This is a diverse and challenging role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management abilities. You will work closely with our clients to understand their product requirements and develop testing strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct safety testing of electrical and electronic products
  • Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborate with clients to understand product requirements and develop testing plans
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements
  • Hands-on engineering experience in a standards environment
  • Qualified to at least HNC level in an engineering discipline
  • Resourceful and solution-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and flexible with a strong attention to detail
