Job Overview

**Software Engineering Team Lead**

Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineering Team Lead to join our team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for implementing technical architecture and Agile methodologies within a small team of Software Engineers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Implement technical architecture and Agile methodologies
  • Work closely with Engineering Managers and Solution Architects to implement development strategies
  • Support the development and deployment of EPOS and Retail systems
  • Consult on design and architecture decisions
  • Resolve any bottle-necks in deployment

**Requirements**

  • Prior experience engineering EPOS, E-commerce or Retail software solutions
  • Service Oriented Architecture and/or Microservice architecture
  • Technical background in Agile software development & leadership
  • Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders

**Technical Skills**

  • Java Spring
  • Gitlab or similar
  • CI/CD tools
  • Fullstack experience with is beneficial but not essential
