We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax professional to join our team at PRO-TAX RECRUITMENT LIMITED as a Group Tax Manager.

About the Role:

  • Leading and Taking Ownership: As Group Tax Manager, you will be responsible for leading and taking ownership of the tax function UK & globally, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.

  • Broad Role: This is a broad role covering direct & indirect taxes, M&A and transfer pricing, providing you with the opportunity to work on a wide range of tax-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Tax Compliance: You will be responsible for managing direct and indirect tax compliance, ensuring that all tax obligations are met in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Establishing Tax Strategy: You will establish and implement a tax strategy for the group, identifying opportunities to improve tax efficiency and minimize tax risk.
  • Advisory Projects: You will work on advisory projects, including M&A, transfer pricing, WHT and more, providing expert tax advice to the business.

Requirements:

  • Professional Qualifications: You will be professionally qualified in tax or accountancy, with a strong background in corporate tax.
  • Attention to Detail: You will have great attention to detail, be autonomous and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
