Key Responsibilities- Implement behaviour management strategies to create a positive learning environment
- Provide individualized support to students with complex needs
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans
- Assist with daily living skills, such as personal care and mobility
- Participate in sensory activities and provide emotional support to students
- Experience working with vulnerable individuals or a passion for supporting others
- Ability to implement behaviour management strategies and provide emotional support
- Confidence in working with complex educational, medical, and behavioural needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing situations
- A competitive daily rate of £12.90
- Term-time only position with a September start
