We are excited to announce an opening for an Occupational Therapist to join our expanding team, collaborating closely with local councils to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients by promoting independence and addressing challenges in daily living activities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting specialized assessments tailored to individual therapy needs, focusing on functional and daily living skills within clients' homes.
  • Taking a clinical approach to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the needs of clients.
  • Contributing to the delivery of high-quality service and the advancement of the occupational therapy program within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Participating as a clinician in the planning and evaluation of the service.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We seek candidates with relevant experience in community or hospital settings. The successful applicant will demonstrate:

  • A Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy and registration with the Health Care Professionals Council.
  • A solid understanding of potential adaptations needed in residential properties to support daily activities.
  • Strong negotiation, time management, and delegation skills, with the ability to manage personal and team workloads effectively.
  • A valid UK driving license to fulfill travel requirements.
