Resident Liaison Officer Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer to work with our leading main contractor in the social housing sector on a planned maintenance project across the Walton area.

The Resident Liaison Officer will facilitate communication between the site team, client, and residents, establishing positive relationships and ensuring all parties are informed of required works. This role involves:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate project progress updates and schedule alterations to residents.
  • Provide a courteous and flexible service to residents and site staff as the primary contact point.
  • Resolve issues, book appointments, manage schedules, and address complaints by coordinating with relevant parties.
  • Ensure a seamless workflow with minimal disruption during the project.
  • Assist with Property Condition Audits with residents for each property before work can commence.
  • Maintain meticulous records, adhering to company policies, and safeguard residents' contact information with confidentiality.
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Must have a driving license and access to a vehicle.
