Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand and interpret business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Work as part of a distributed team to ensure testing activities align with project goals and timelines.
  • Embrace a shift-left approach to testing, engaging at all stages of the software development life cycle.
  • Continuously improve the testing process by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Work closely with feature owners to demonstrate new processes and functionality to operational users.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset are essential for this role.
  • A solid understanding of manual testing techniques, including functional, regression, exploratory, and usability testing.
  • Ability to think from the end-user's perspective to ensure a high-quality user experience.
  • Some understanding of SQL, testing APIs, and possibly some test automation knowledge.
  • ISTQB/ISEB Foundation certificate in Testing is desirable.
