About the Role:

We are currently seeking a qualified ENT GP with a Special Interest (GPwSI) to join our dynamic team, focusing on the delivery of high-quality Ear, Nose, and Throat services.

Position Overview:
As an ENT GPwSI, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive clinical care to adult patients within the community ENT service. Your role will encompass the assessment and management of various ENT conditions, ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality clinical consultations for new and returning patients.
  • Perform diagnostic procedures including nasopharyngoscopy and laryngoscopy.
  • Manage conditions such as epistaxis and balance disorders.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Participate in clinical audits and contribute to team meetings.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. You should have extensive experience in diagnosing and treating ENT conditions, including relevant surgical procedures, within a community healthcare environment.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Medical Degree (MBBS/MBChB or equivalent) with GMC registration.
  • ENT Diploma.
  • Current compliance with mandatory training requirements.
  • Demonstrated understanding of ENT conditions and evidence-based practices.
