We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Worker to join our First Response MASH team at Buckinghamshire Council. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of children and families in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to queries and referrals from various sources, making contact with families and partner agencies.
- Work closely with the Assessment Teams to ensure effective transfer of children and families with appropriate risk assessments, priority status, and initial recommendations.
- Provide day-to-day support and coaching to Contact and Referral Officers within the team.
- Qualified Social Worker (DipSW or equivalent) with at least two years post-qualifying experience.
- Experience of working within a MASH/Referral/Assessment environment is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
