About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GRC Compliance Specialist to join our team at AB Agri. As a key member of our Cyber Security team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business in achieving its goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of GRC policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with GRC.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including vendors and partners, to ensure effective GRC practices.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on GRC policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with GRC policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address any GRC compliance issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in GRC compliance and risk management.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
