About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Care UK. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Case manage residents and liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure that the best care plans are created and delivered.
  • Administer and record medication, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Carry out risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement measures to mitigate them.
  • Work alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and improve our services, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of care provision.

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience.

  • Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • A strong understanding of care planning processes and a commitment to delivering person-centered care.
