About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Home Delivery Driver to join our team at Iceland. As a key ambassador for our business, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their shopping in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver shopping to customers' doors, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that all deliveries are made in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work as part of a supportive team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Provide assistance with store operations, including packing stock and working on the checkout.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive working environment.

Requirements:

  • A current driving licence (held for at least 3 years and with no more than 6 points).
  • A winning way with people from all walks of life.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
