As a key member of our planning team, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of strategic sites, balancing the needs of development with the protection of our greenspaces and environmental assets.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement strategies for the delivery of strategic sites, working closely with stakeholders and colleagues to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice on current planning legislation, guidance, and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practice.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and prioritize development opportunities, ensuring alignment with our Local Plan and corporate objectives.
