About Us: We are a dynamic and innovative business based in Castle Donnington, seeking a talented Marketing Professional to join our team.

Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Professional to play a leading role in creating and managing marketing campaigns across various channels. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of marketing experience and be responsible for managing content for campaigns across four distinct brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across email, blogs, websites, and social media.
  • Create engaging content within set templates and distribute to subscribers via Mailchimp.
  • Provide analysis of campaign performance and assist in the implementation of the agreed PR strategy across relevant trade publications and social media.
  • Write engaging copies for all print and digital output.
  • Manage the media schedule, including booking advertising space and creating copy.
  • Provide general support to the marketing function on an ad hoc basis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
