About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent to join our team at Fine & Country, specializing in the upper quartile of the property market in Bedfordshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer bespoke marketing strategies to clients, utilizing the local, national, and international exposure offered within the Fine & Country network.
  • Work closely with clients from initial enquiry to handover, ensuring maximum exposure and achieving the highest possible price.
  • Market properties using the Fine & Country Presentation, Exposure & Service proven strategy.
What We Offer
  • Marketing agreements, payment chasing, social media campaigns, and exposure on multiple property portals.
  • Support from three 'back office' teams: Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, and Admin Support.
  • Tools, support, and help to ensure success as a luxury estate agent.
Requirements
  • Experience in listing and selling high-value homes in Bedfordshire and surrounding areas.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to deal with U/HNW individuals.
  • Professionally presented and able to offer a bespoke service and marketing strategy.
