About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Care Lead to join our team at Charity Horizons. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping and delivering our Community Mental Health program.

Main Responsibilities
  • Program Delivery: Develop and implement a comprehensive community mental health program that meets the needs of our service users and aligns with contract requirements.
  • Service User Needs: Identify and assess the needs of service users, ensuring a high-quality service that addresses their unique requirements.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Foster strong relationships with statutory and non-statutory agencies, increasing levels of engagement and collaboration.
  • Co-Working Strategies: Implement and manage co-working strategies within a multi-disciplinary approach, promoting effective teamwork and service delivery.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in mental health services and a deep understanding of the charity sector. You will have a proven track record of reducing health inequalities and a proactive approach to finding creative solutions to community issues. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to connect with external organizations, build partnerships, and provide person-centered support in a non-judgmental way.
