Job Summary:

GI Pro is seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer to join our team at our client's Daventry-based facility. As a Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for spraying high-quality finishes on Formula 1 cars, working on a night shift Monday to Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spraying steel, aluminum, and carbon fiber components to a high standard
  • Preparing body work and maintaining spray guns
  • Measuring paint quantities and mixing paints as required
  • Working collaboratively with the team to meet production deadlines
  • Adapting to changing work schedules and priorities as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience in paint spraying within an automotive background
  • Ability to prep parts and mix paints to high standards
  • Flexibility to work night shifts and overtime as required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
