Aerospace Paint Sprayer

Job Summary:
GI Pro is seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer to join our team at our client's Daventry-based facility. As a Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for spraying high-quality finishes on Formula 1 cars, working on a night shift Monday to Thursday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spraying steel, aluminum, and carbon fiber components to a high standard
- Preparing body work and maintaining spray guns
- Measuring paint quantities and mixing paints as required
- Working collaboratively with the team to meet production deadlines
- Adapting to changing work schedules and priorities as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in paint spraying within an automotive background
- Ability to prep parts and mix paints to high standards
- Flexibility to work night shifts and overtime as required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
