About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at Randstad Delivery (GBS). As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient picking and storage of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in a chilled environment (3-5 degrees) to pick and store products such as alcohol, meats, milk, yoghurts, juices, and other food products.
  • Maintain high standards of product quality and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve warehouse goals and objectives.
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate starting at £12.73, rising to £13.73 after 12 weeks, plus £1.95 shift allowance for hours worked between 18:00 and 06:00.
  • Overtime paid every 4 weeks.
  • Productivity bonus: Up to £100 per week.
Requirements
  • Comfort in the cold: Willingness to work in a chilled environment for part or all of your shift.
  • Physical fitness: Ability to lift up to 20kg.
  • Flexibility: Available to work 5 shifts a week, including weekends.
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: Eager to learn and train in different areas.
