The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including school leaders and educators
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
  1. Sales and Business Development
  • Lead school leaders through successful recruitment processes using a consultative approach
  • Collaborate with the sales, operations, and technology teams to continuously improve efficiency in delivering value to schools
  1. Outbound Sales and Pipeline Development
  • Develop and execute a proactive outbound sales strategy to build pipeline and drive sales growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and other means
  1. Continuous Improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve sales performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improvement
