We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operative with Forklift License to join our team at Reed Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing inventory, operating a counterbalance forklift, and ensuring the efficient handling of goods in and out of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks, update inventory records, and maintain accurate records of goods in and out of the warehouse.
  • Forklift Operations: Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to manage inventory, inspect goods, and prepare outbound deliveries.
  • Goods In and Out: Ensure the efficient handling of goods, including inspection, storage, and preparation for delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to optimize warehouse operations, space utilization, and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift License: With at least 12 months of experience.
  • Proven Experience: As a Warehouse Operative or Storeman with a strong understanding of goods in processes and organizing outbound deliveries.
  • Clean Driving License: With a minimum of 2 years driving experience.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: With attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good Physical Fitness: To handle manual tasks and lift heavy items up to 30kg.
