Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Cardiac Rehabilitation Team as a Cardiac Rehabilitation Support Worker.
Main Duties
The successful candidate will work alongside our team of healthcare professionals to deliver cardiac rehabilitation services in various community settings, including leisure centres, patients' homes, community hospitals, and surgeries.
Responsibilities will include direct patient care, office work, telephone contacts, and following protocols. Travel will be involved within the Wrexham and Flintshire areas.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be qualified to QCF level, such as NVQ or ONC, in health and social care or exercise. Further support and training will be provided to meet the needs of this role.
