About the Role
Xpertise Recruitment is seeking an experienced IT Operations professional to lead our IT Operations team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, optimizing operations, service quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the IT Operations team, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and service is of the highest quality.
- Implement a vision and strategy for the team in conjunction with the IT Leadership Team.
- Manage the team's budget, recognizing opportunities to reduce capital expenditure (capex) and operational expenditure (opex) spend.
- Oversee the teams working underneath your direct reports.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand and meet business objectives.
- Act as an escalation point for any issues that cannot be resolved by the team.
Requirements
- Excellent relationships builder with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders of varying technical capabilities.
- Strategic thinker and problem solver.
- Knowledge of ISO27001.
- ITIL or Project Management Certified.
