The Role

We are keen to engage with Corporate, Commercial, or Commercial Property Lawyers with at least 5+ PQE who aspire to take on a pivotal role in leading the commercial operations within the firm.

This position aims to secure an individual who is eager to spearhead the commercial function while also engaging in corporate law, an area in which the firm excels and has ample work available.

The responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, from complex shareholder agreements and articles for newly formed entities to acquisitions, disposals, equity fundraising, and beyond. The primary focus of this role will be on commercial matters, including a diverse array of commercial contracts, daily business agreements, supplier contracts, and more.

Applicants with a background in commercial contracts, even if not specialists, are encouraged to apply, as the firm has a team of highly experienced lawyers available for daily support.
