**Job Summary**

Trinity Resource Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Scheduler to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. As a Scheduler, you will play a critical role in supporting the commercial and operational aspects of our Scheduling Department.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work closely with the Scheduling Team to ensure seamless dispatching of Engineers, planning of installations, maintenance services, and resource planning across all service areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by working closely with key customers to ensure an added value service.
  • Ensure all emails in the Dispatching folder are responded to within 24 hours.

**Requirements**

  • Experience in a Dispatch, Scheduler, or Planner role.
  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated character.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Initiative, motivation, and customer focus.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Access would be an advantage.
