Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological care to children and young people experiencing significant and complex mental health difficulties and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based and outcome-monitored psychological therapies to children and young people with complex mental health needs.
- Work collaboratively with service users, families, and carers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Contribute to the development of the service through participation in quality improvement initiatives and research projects.
- Provide clinical supervision and training to junior staff members.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of service policies and procedures.
- Professional Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or equivalent Masters-level qualification.
- Active registration as a Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience of working with children and young people with complex mental health needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with service users, families, and carers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
