Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced teacher to join our team as an Intervention Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality interventions to students in Year 4, working closely with the classroom teacher to ensure seamless delivery of lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted interventions to small groups of students, focusing on areas of need
  • Work closely with the classroom teacher to ensure effective lesson planning and delivery
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly
  • Collaborate with the Phase Leader to ensure alignment with school policies and procedures
  • Ensure safeguarding is maintained at all times

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with small groups and delivering targeted interventions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
