### Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team at Lidl. As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience.
### Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including prices, promotions, and product information
* Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and safe store environment
* Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
* Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment
### What We Offer
* Competitive hourly rate of £12.40 to £13.00
* Part-time contract with 30-35 days' holiday (pro rata)
* 10% in-store discount
* Pension scheme
### Requirements
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays
