Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Hybrid Work Arrangement: Flexible working options available following the training phase.
- Customer Order Management: Oversee customer inventory by leveraging comprehensive knowledge of internal systems, purchasing trends, and sales projections, while maintaining continuous communication with clients.
- Delivery Coordination: Manage delivery timelines and take responsibility for transportation expenses related to assigned accounts.
- Service Level Management: Set and manage expectations effectively.
- Business Support: Engage actively in team meetings and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Switchboard Operations: Handle incoming calls to the main switchboard.
Customer Service Excellence
Collaborate closely with the UK Customer Services Manager to ensure that both individual and team objectives are achieved. Provide support and coverage for customer accounts during periods of absence.
