Job Title: Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Elite Recruitment Solutions Maidenhead Careers. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships, demonstrating your systems knowledge and displaying your wealth of contract management across your existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling and demonstrating and promoting a range of speciality water, process chemicals and monitoring technologies to a wide range of industries
  • Working with customers and prospect clients to support their needs that will vary in size and difficulty
  • Developing and executing customer account sales plans, coordinating all proposal activity from generating quotes to processing the PO's
  • Managing customer satisfaction and escalating customer concerns or resolution
  • Coordinating support resources to maintain and grow existing and win/close new accounts
  • Carrying out plant visits, auditing and surveying and arranging and managing any trial working

Requirements:
