Job Role: Nursery AssistantWe are seeking a skilled and caring Nursery Assistant to join our team. As a Nursery Assistant, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day care and support to children in nurseries across the local area.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the safety, happiness, and stimulation of children in your care
- Communicate effectively with children using play-based approaches
- Support children's development and learning
- Create a nurturing and child-friendly environment
- Maintain toys and play equipment to ensure a safe and healthy environment
- Keep accurate records of children's progress and development
- NVQ level 2/3 Childcare and Education
- NVQ Level 2/3 Early years care and education
- CACHE level 3 diploma in Childcare and Education
- Foundation/honours degree in Early Childhood Studies
- Flexible working hours to suit your needs
- Competitive pay rates from £12.50 to £14.40 per hour, with weekly pay
