In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Financial Controller and other Finance Managers throughout the organization.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of financial activities, including overseeing transactional operations such as Accounts Payable and Receivable, as well as managing month-end processes, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

This diverse role may involve:

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis, balance sheets, reconciliations, and accruals
  • Budgeting and cash flow management, including forecasting and monitoring
  • Management of credit control procedures
  • Processing payroll
  • Conducting bank reconciliations and daily banking tasks
  • Overseeing fixed asset management
  • Reviewing and enhancing financial processes and procedures
  • Supervising one team member who assists with transactional tasks

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Experience in preparing monthly management accounts
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A solid work ethic
  • A desire to be an integral part of the team and contribute positively
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
