Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective customer follow-up systems and procedures to increase sales from initial enquiries and existing customers.
  2. Generate sales through proactive second-facing and customer engagement, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  12. Analyze current procedures and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Develop training plans for sales executives to increase car sales, finance, insurance, and warranty sales, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  14. Consult with customers to establish their needs and resolve any complaints professionally and calmly, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  15. Represent the dealership and build strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions, driving business growth and opportunities.
  16. Assist the management team in planning, forecasting trends, and revising plans for the dealership on an ongoing basis, ensuring strategic alignment and business success.
  17. Ensure the safety and security of people, vehicles, and property, reporting any known faults or hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
