Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Pensions Associate to join our dynamic team at Dynamite Recruitment. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient management of pension-related processes.

Working Hours:
The position operates Monday to Friday, within the hours of 8 AM to 6 PM. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Pensions Associate, your primary duties will include:

  • Ensuring the precise and timely processing of pension applications and inquiries.
  • Maintaining effective communication with clients to foster strong relationships.
  • Taking ownership of client issues, demonstrating accountability and initiative to resolve problems.
  • Managing the complete lifecycle of pension orders, including documentation and compliance.
  • Assisting the Pensions Team Leader in organizing and coordinating departmental activities.

Required Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience in the financial services or pensions sector.
  • A strong understanding and enthusiasm for pension schemes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in client interactions.
  • A commitment to delivering on promises and maintaining high service standards.
