Blue Arrow is seeking dedicated and skilled HGV Class 1 Drivers to facilitate transportation from Liverpool to Midlands distribution centers for our esteemed client.

The role primarily involves straightforward trunk runs with occasional pickups en route to the distribution centers.


Compensation Structure:
Weekdays: £18.20 per hour, with overtime at £25.44 after 8 hours
Saturday: £22.89 per hour, with overtime at £25.44 after 8 hours
Sunday: £25.44 per hour for all hours
Bank Holidays: £33.08 per hour for all hours


Shift Timings: Start times range from 13:45 to 19:30.

Our client offers consistent work throughout the year, with a particularly busy summer and peak season.


Key Responsibilities:
As an LGV Category C+E Driver, your duties will include:

  • Conducting pre-departure vehicle inspections
  • Transporting goods between designated locations
  • Completing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance
  • Adhering to tachograph regulations and working time directives

Essential Qualifications:
To proceed with your application, you must possess the following:

  • HGV Class 1 license
  • CPC certification
  • Digi tacho card
  • Minimum of 1 year driving experience

In addition to having at least one year of experience, you must demonstrate regular driving activity on your tachograph within the past year.

Please note that we cannot accept more than 6 penalty points or any endorsements such as DR/DG/CD/DD/BA on your driving license.
