Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client's commercial team, working on new build residential projects in Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.

About the Role: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of new build residential projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the commercial aspects of new build residential projects, including cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all commercial activities are compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular progress reports to the project team and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on new build residential projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent commercial skills, including cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Full UK driving license.
