Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Service: Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, build relationships with customers, and handle customer queries and complaints.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of all products, accessories, prices, and key features of our vehicles.
  • Lead Generation: Confidently prospect for new business, record accurate data, and follow up on leads to generate new sales.
  • Customer Retention: Follow up with existing clients to ensure repeat business and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, confidence, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Organizational Ability: Good organizational ability, with the ability to multitask and adapt to last-minute requirements.

About the Benefits:

  • Salary and Commission: Competitive salary and commission structure, with earning potential between £35,000-£50,000.
  • Company Car: A company car is provided as part of the package.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:30-5).
