About the Role

We are seeking a highly vigilant and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team at Sodexo Group. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Security Protocols: Greet staff and visitors, ensuring they adhere to required security protocols.
  • Premises Monitoring: Monitor premises to prevent rule infractions and maintain a visible presence.
  • Incident Response: Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents, enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • Reporting: Complete detailed reports on incidents and observations.
Requirements
  • SIA Licence: Must have an in-date SIA Licence.
  • Security Experience: Proven experience as a corporate security officer or in relevant positions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong observational and communication skills.
  • Emergency Response: Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
  • Security Knowledge: Knowledge of basic security operations and procedures.
