Job Summary:
Nirvana Spa & Leisure Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Floatation Therapist to join our team. As a Lead Floatation Therapist, you will be responsible for leading the floatation department and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Department Leadership: Lead the floatation department and set an example of high customer service and department standards.
- Customer Service: Ensure that the department customer journey expectations are consistently met.
- Team Management: Manage the operational aspects of the department and support the team where necessary.
- Communication: Effectively communicate between the floatation and management teams.
- Treatment Delivery: Ensure that treatments are delivered to the highest possible standards.
- Health and Safety: Be the Health and Safety representative for the department and ensure that health and safety procedures are always adhered to.
- Training and Development: Assist with recruitment, training, and inductions for new starters.
- Performance Management: Address performance-related issues with individual staff members when required.
- Department Operations: Carry out daily operational procedures, including pool safety, pool monitoring, and pool water quality testing.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Previous experience and confident in leading a team, being able to take initiative when required.
- Customer Service Skills: Positive approach to all matters with forward-thinking and solution-driven ideas.
- Communication Skills: Approachable with the ability to listen and understand.
- Proactivity: Proactive with a strong desire to learn and develop.
