The Role: Business Development Specialist - Independent Agencies

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to focus on expanding our reach within the independent agency market. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with agencies across various sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target independent agencies.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agency decision-makers.
  • Present GWI's solutions and value proposition in a compelling manner.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Track sales progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in business development, preferably within the advertising or marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of the independent agency landscape and their unique challenges.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven individual with a strong work ethic.
