Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Probate Solicitor to join our team at Sellick Partnership. As a market leader in probate, we offer a unique opportunity for a solicitor to progress their career in a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle your own caseload of taxable probate matters
  • Work collaboratively across the team and support junior members of the team where appropriate
  • Engage with clients by telephone and provide an excellent customer experience
  • Meet targets based on progression of cases rather than chargeable hour targets

Requirements:

  • Qualified as a Solicitor / Legal Executive or equivalent (STEP qualification will be considered and qualified by experience candidates)
  • Experience of conducting probate matters in a private practice or in-house setting
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and strong client care skills
