At Leonardo, we're committed to developing the next generation of leaders in the field of electromagnetic compatibility. As a Graduate EMC Engineer, you'll join our team of experts in the Radar and Advanced Targeting product group, working on the development and testing of cutting-edge systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development lifecycle of our products, ensuring compliance with defence and aviation standards such as MIL-STD-461, DO-160, and DEF STAN.
  • Develop and perform EMC tests to ensure the safety and effectiveness of our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate equipment and ensure smooth test processes.
  • Support the maintenance of our facility's accredited status as a UKAS Test Laboratory.
  • Engage in personal development through on-the-job training and taught courses aligned with business needs and career goals.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals with a strong foundation in engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related STEM discipline. A minimum of an upper Second-class Bachelor's/Integrated Masters degree or a higher degree such as a MSc or PhD is required.
