Job Title: Cleaning Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Site Manager to join our team at Churchill Services. As a Cleaning Site Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of a cleaning contract for a large site in Melton Mowbray.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong client relationships with high levels of satisfaction.
  • Provide and maintain the quality of service delivery.
  • Manage, recruit, and coach the team.
  • Carry out ad-hoc and regular activities such as projects, reports, and audits as required by and to support the Account Manager.
  • Ensure Health & Safety procedures and legislation are adhered to.
  • Look for opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings, and account growth.
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and people management skills.
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to forward plan, work under pressure, and influence at a senior level.
  • Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety systems in the cleaning industry.
  • Ability to work to tight timescales.
  • Strong commercial awareness, financial management, and IT literacy.
  • Passionate, flexible, trustworthy, and innovative.
  • Full driving licence.
