Logistics Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Driver Class 2 to join our team at Sierra. As a key member of our Transport division, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our products across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the security of Company vehicles at all times
- Operate within the law and raise any vehicle maintenance concerns with your line manager
- Comply with Health & Safety and Company policies and procedures
- Drive in a safe and courteous manner, adhering to all relevant legislation
- Be prepared to drive long distances with regular overnight stays
- Be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Lift and push weights over 25kg, and have a good knowledge of the Road Transport Directive (RTD)
- Demonstrate compliance with a low infringement record
Requirements:
- A good standard of literacy and numeracy
- A valid HGV Class 2 driving licence, DQC, and Driver card
- Geographical knowledge of the UK
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment
