Pricing Manager Job Description

Tate is seeking a highly skilled Pricing Manager to join their team at their head office in Milton Keynes. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's revenue and margin growth.

About the Role
  • Review and refine the current pricing strategy to increase demand and grow revenue while maintaining margin aspirations.
  • Collaborate with various divisions to ensure proposals benefit all stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive pricing strategy, gaining board approval and establishing a clear margin structure.
  • Establish categorization and develop a robust approach for implementing cost price re-alignments.
  • Implement new strategy with support from the Commercial manager, including robust governance measures.
  • Analyze market trends and customer demand to set competitive pricing that drives growth and maintains margin.
  • Create KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the revised strategy and monitor its impact on revenue and margin.
  • Plan for effective pricing reviews ahead of new product launches.
  • Develop and present a proposal for ongoing pricing management.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in pricing and margin-based activities.
  • Understanding of pricing and margin management practices, systems, and processes.
  • Strong commercial and financial experience and acumen.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • High productivity, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously.
  • Proficient in data analysis and insight generation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative ethos and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
