At Tim Hortons, we're looking for a skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team and ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Be customer-focused in all areas of restaurant operations, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
  • Team Leadership: Support the Restaurant Manager and lead the team to maintain operational efficiency, conduct regular store walks, and provide feedback and guidance to team members.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance evaluations, set goals and objectives, and provide support and guidance to team members.
  • Driving Sales: Analyze sales data, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensure accurate ordering, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, Restaurant Manager, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service environment, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
