We are seeking a highly qualified and ambitious individual to join our team as a Secondary Teaching Assistant and Academic Mentor. The successful candidate will provide academic support to students in Richmond, helping them to achieve academic success and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities- Support students in achieving academic success in subjects including Maths, Science, English, and Humanities
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning strategies
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students, helping them to set and achieve academic goals
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Hold a First-Class or 2:1 Degree from a reputable university
- Impressive academic record, including GCSEs and A-Levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with students, teachers, and other support staff
