Role Overview: In response to our expanding business, the Policy Development & Implementation division is seeking a Senior Research Manager with a robust background in qualitative research. This position entails overseeing daily project and client management for extensive social research initiatives in the UK, including project planning, research design, quality assurance, and financial oversight, alongside supervisory responsibilities for junior researchers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of research projects, ensuring timely engagement with clients and coordination of internal teams.
- Conduct qualitative research activities, including interviews and focus groups.
- Exhibit strong project management skills, handling multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of project budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
Essential Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in qualitative research methodologies.
- Proficiency in designing research tools, including recruitment materials and discussion guides.
- Experience in qualitative data collection and analysis, with strong writing and presentation skills.
- A keen interest in public policy, with specialized knowledge considered an asset.
