We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all members and visitors.
- Conduct regular safety checks and respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and safe pool area.
- Develop and maintain ongoing training records to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Engage with members and provide support and guidance to ensure they have a positive experience.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.25 and a range of benefits, including holiday pay in line with the Working Time Directive, access to our Pension Scheme, and discounted gym membership at £15.00 per month.
